Payment Terms and Conditions for a Therapy Session

To ensure transparency and make your experience smoother, we present below the payment terms and conditions for therapy sessions.

1. Session Fees

The standard fee for a therapy session is as follows:

  • 60 euros for a Therapy Session [Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes]
  • 80 euros for a Dream Machine Session [Duration: 1 hour]
  • 200 euros for a Coaching Session [Duration: 8 hours]

2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Secure online payment via Revolut

Payments must be made before each session.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full session fee will be due.

4. Invoicing and Refunds

An invoice can be issued upon request, either by email or in paper form. Refund conditions in case of cancellation are outlined above. Sessions canceled by the therapist or impossible to carry out due to force majeure will be fully refunded.

5. Payment Confidentiality

All payments are processed through secure platforms and handled confidentially. No personal banking information is shared or stored by the therapist.
